Lubrication monitoring with LubeMon
Over the years engineers have repeatedly questioned the false security offered by a fully automatic centralised lubrication system and have preferred the old method of manual lubrication with its inherent problems. They claim that there is no guarantee that lubricant is reaching the bearing. Following on from “LubeRight” our accountable PC based manual system we have developed LubeMon, the first monitoring system that guarantees lubricant is discharged into the bearing with the correct amount each and every time.

Efficient Lubrication Monitoring with LubeMon
Maintaining an efficient lubrication process is crucial for extending the lifespan of machinery and reducing unnecessary wear. An innovative solution that has proven successful in lubrication monitoring is LubeMon.
LubeMon is an advanced technology that enables real-time monitoring of lubricants in industrial machinery. By installing LubeMon devices at critical lubrication points, users can continuously track the lubrication status. This allows the identification of any deviations or issues in the lubrication process at an early stage, minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime.
Digital Transformation with LubeMon for Optimal Lubrication
In an era where digitization is reshaping the industrial landscape, it’s essential to integrate advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. A prime example of this is LubeMon, a groundbreaking solution for lubrication monitoring.
LubeMon allows for more efficient resource utilization by optimizing lubrication. This not only leads to cost savings but also contributes to a more sustainable operating environment. In conclusion, LubeMon represents a digital solution for lubrication monitoring that is crucial for companies aiming to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and maximize machinery lifespan in the digital era.
Independant lube monitoring
Now you can let LubeMon independently monitor all grease lubrication – from all types of automatic lubrication systems to manual lubrication. LubeMon is a specially developed system for flow monitoring of lubrication points. LubeMon monitors one or more key lubrication objects and alerts in case of too low or high flow according to your desired values.
LubeMon consists of a precise meter that measures the amount of grease fed into the lubrication point. The flow meter is connected to its own control system or our control unit, which continuously monitors the meter.
• LubeMon is not a lubrication system but a pure monitoring system completely separate from the lubrication system.
• The correct amount of lubrication is fed into bearings at the right intervals.
• Alerts in case of too low or high flow.
Continuous lubrication monitoring
The measuring unit is of the oval gear type with built-in magnets in one of the oval gears, and a reed element that closes twice per rotated revolution. The measuring unit is suitable for continuous measurement of oil, for example in oil circulation systems, resulting in large volumes measured over time.
LubeMon & LubeMon HV, Wired meters that connect to your own PLC or control system. The meters are available in both aluminium and acid-resistant designs.
WLubeMon, Wireless monitoring system. The flow sensors measure the flow of lubricant as well as the surrounding temperature and send it to a WLubeMon control center, with a range of up to 75m. The meters are preferably mounted as close to the lubrication point as possible to minimize the risk of leakage between the wireless flow sensor and the lubrication point.
The meter sends information about flows, temperature, and battery status. The battery has a lifespan of about 15 years, and warns when it’s time to change. The control center is available in two versions, one variant for pure monitoring and one for both handling flow meters and controlling a 2-wire system. Both centers can handle up to 40 measuring units.
