Control unit CC4 Mk II

CC4 Mk II control unit is designed to control up to 4 lubrication systems. The control unit has many settings; besides pause time, pump time and pressure, it has also the possibilty to set maximum residual pressure, extra pressure time and delayed machine stop, with all settings password protected. The control unit has two counters, one not resettable and one resettable, and is used for statistical purposes. There are functions for additional lubrication cycles and manual operation. The control unit has many functions for monitoring the system, for example an alarm when the pre-set system pressure is not reached, low lubricant level, short circuit in the pressure transducer, when wrong line pressure signal is received or a too high residual system pressure. The lubrication system power source can be independent of or controlled by the machine or process line. If the control is via the machine or process line the signal can be normally open or closed. The control unit is intended for use with Assalub valve unit 101780 but can also be used together with valve units from other manufacturers that have solenoid valves for 24 V DC operation.
