PLC based control unit with touch display in sturdy sheet metal enclosure. The control unit is very user-friendly. The lubrication can easily be followed and controlled on the big colour touch display.
CC1 Mk II control unit is designed to control one lubrication system. The control unit has many settings; besides pause time, pump time and pressure, it has also the possibility to set maximum residual pressure, extra pressure time and delayed machine stop, with all settings password protected. The control unit has two counters, one not resettable and one resettable, and is for statistical purposes. There are functions for additional lubrication cycles and manual operation. The control unit has many functions for moitoring the system, for example an alarm when the pre-set system pressure is not reached, low lubricant level, short circuit in the pressure transducer, when wrong line pressure signal is received or a too high residual system pressure. The lubrication system power source can be independent of or crontrolled by the machine or process line. If the control is via the machine or process line the signal can be normally open or closed. The control unit is intended for use together with Assalub valve unit 101780 but can also be used with valve units from other manufacturers that have solenoid valves for 24 V DC operation.

Control center for a lubrication system. The control panel has many setting options, in addition to pause time, pump time and pressure, you can also set maximum residual pressure, extra pressure drive time and extended machine stop time. All settings are password protected. The control center has a statistics function with two counters for the number of lubrications, a total counter and a resettable counter. The control center also has functions for extra lubrication and manual operation. The control center has many monitoring functions and alarms when the set pressure is not reached, low level in grease barrel, short-circuited pressure sensor, when pressure acknowledgment is obtained from the wrong line or at too high a residual pressure. The lubrication can be controlled via the lubricated machine, so-called machine interlock. The control unit is intended for Assalub substation 101780 but can also be used together with substations of another make that have solenoid valves for 24 VDC.
