Greasepump

Assalub's grease pumps offer efficient solutions for industrial lubrication, designed to deliver lubricants to machinery and equipment. Our grease pumps consist of a pneumatically driven air motor and a precisely manufactured piston pump. The air motor, made from corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, drives the pump through an air cylinder that creates a reciprocating motion. The piston pump, made of hardened steel, withstands high pressures, ensuring reliable performance.

Our greasepumps

Greasepumps are designed to efficiently handle and deliver lubricants to machines and equipment. Our greasepumps consist of two main parts: a drive unit and a pump unit. The drive unit is typically composed of a pneumatic motor, while the pump unit consists of a meticulously manufactured piston pump. The pneumatic motor is constructed from materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, plastic, and chromed steel, which are particularly resistant to rust. This ensures a long lifespan and reliable operation even under demanding conditions.

The pneumatic motor drives the pump by using an air cylinder with a piston and a valve that alternately directs compressed air to the top and bottom of the piston. This creates a reciprocating motion in the pump rod. The piston pump, made of hardened steel, features a precisely lapped piston and cylinder, allowing it to withstand high pressures and deliver reliable performance.

Assalub’s greasepumps are designed to be fully automatic, meaning they start when the valve for the medium is opened and stop when the valve is closed, after building up pressure. This makes our pumps both efficient and user-friendly.

Applications

Greasepumps are primarily used to deliver various types of lubricants to different machine parts and equipment within the industry. Reducing friction and wear is crucial to extending the lifespan of machines and reducing the need for repairs. Applications span several industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and heavy industries, where continuous lubrication is critical for maintaining optimal operation.
